Texans to pay higher bills under cap-and-trade

Via Climate Depot, Texans’ monthly electric bills could increase by $27 or more by 2013 if Congress passes cap-and-trade global warming tax. They estimate a global warming emissions cost of $40-$60 per ton of emitted CO2.
