Is the Public Option retreat for real?

What the public Option retreat really means. Answer: We are not sure. We are sure that (1) Team Obama screwed up in selling their plan, (2) American voters are rejecting the pan,
(3) the The Nutroots feel betrayed.

Could it be a false retreat to lull opponents? Possible but not likely. Public Option was always a liberal Trojan Horse for single-payer Government-run healthcare, like UK and Canada have. More likely, they will use the co-op concept to get them moving in that same direction. Still, ObamaCare opponents will need to be vigilant to oppose these shape-shifting proposals.
