No Legal Basis for One China

The US government finally admits that an important communiqué used by Chinese to claim Taiwan is part of China has not legal standing.

This could mean that a legal basis for the US's 'One China Policy' could also be on the chopping block as it too has been pieced together from similar communiqués.
