Texas Constitutional Amendment Election

There are 11 Texas Constitutional Amendments on the ballot this November.
Blue Dot Blues has a great roundup on recommendations.

To summarize some of those recommendations:

• NTU says YES on Props 2,3, 5, and 11; NO on Props 1 and 8.
• Wallbuilders says YES on Props 2, 3, 5, 7 and 11; NO on props 1, 4, 8, 9, 10.
• Stephen Casey says YES on Props 2,3, 5, 6, 7, 10, 11; NO on Props 1, 4, 8, 9. He gives some good explanations.
• Republican party supports Props 2, 3, 5, and 11.
  
• The LPT recommends a "NO" vote on Props. 1, 4, 6, 8, and 10. They also recommend a "YES" vote on Prop. 2 and 7.
• More on why you should Vote No on 4. This attempt to fund more 'tier-1' Universities by 'annointing' a few chosen 'wannabe' research Universities and raiding the Permanent University Fund to help them out is not an accountable and even-handed use of higher-education funding monies. Just say no.
  

My final call on Texas Constitutional amendments: I voted YES on Props 2,3, 5, 7, 11 and NO on 1, 4, 6, 8, 9.
