Leading America's 2nd Emancipation

I'm following Raging Elephants on twitter. Out of Houston and led by a black conservative radio talk show host who's "Leading America's 2nd Emancipation". Houstonians are getting restless. I'm reminded of the Buffalo Springfield song (is that dating me?) - "There's something happening out there, what it is aint exactly clear."
